Rep. Al Paolillo has a vision for the future of New Haven.
Al will work for support in New Haven. He knows that supporting our city means security funding from the state so families can continue to afford to live and work in the City. Al will continue to fight for municipal aid, bonding, and state education funds to provide New Haven with the backbone it needs to support its families.
Al will fight for women. Al knows that women’s full participation in the workforce is central to our economy. That is why he will continue to fight for paid family and medical leave and pay equity in the legislature.
Al will advocate for workers. Al has always advocated for working people in Hartford and believes that all people should have the ability to earn good wages, secure quality and affordable healthcare, and be protected in their workplace. Al will partner with our New Haven delegation to fight for policies that will protect workers, including advocating for increasing the minimum wage to $15 an hour.
